How To Connect A Wise Account To ManagePH.com

*Please keep in mind this guide only works with Wise.com Business accounts. If you have a personal account, you’ll need to create a business account to use our Wise payment feature.

Step 1) Login To Wise

Connect your account to third party software like Xero and QuickBooks.

Visit & login to your Wise account. Click your company name (next to your profile picture if you have one). You’ll be redirected to your account page

Step 2) Scroll Down to Integrations and Tools

Scroll down on the list of options until you see “Integrations and tools” with the description “Connect your account to third party software like Xero and QuickBooks.”

Step 3) Click API tokens & Add New Token

Add a new token, with full access, and hit create token. If you want to ensure payments can only be sent from a specific IP, you can add a whitelisted IP from which people can access it.

Copy this key down and head back over to ManagePH

Step 4) Go To Your ManagePH.com Settings

In settings, you’ll see the integrations tab. In here there’s an option to enter your Wise API key. Paste it here & save it.

… and that’s it! You can now pay invoices submitted to ManagePH using Wise. Please keep in mind that all employees are required to add their own bank details on their side for payouts to work. We process all payments through Wise which goes into employee bank accounts, also using Wise.
